If I could give them ZERO STARS I would

I had ordered reflections ink for our company and I am now having issues with it. I called to try and see why this was happening. The person I spoke with was Gary who claimed to be the RMR Manager. I did't ask for anything and was not looking for anything other than some answers. The ink is still 3/4 full and when I print it leaves red dots down the side of the page. Obviously we can not use it or "deal with it" in a professional setting. Gary became belligerent and verbally abusive. I tried to call back to speak with someone else and explained I didn't want to speak to Gary for those reasons and they still transferred me to his voicemail. This company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you choose to make any purchases with them... do so at your own risk!

Worst customer service ever

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new laser printer with additional accessories as a Christmas gift for a family member. This company does not stand behind the products they sell, offer no resolution whatsoever on any of the products sold to their customers, and their return/refund policy is unacceptable, despite the printer has never been opened from the box, never used and still in it's original manufacturer packaging. Basically their customer service rep told me I am stuck with this unused brand new printer regardless of it being new and still in it's original manufacturer packaging.

“Placed an order for thousand of dollars worth of graphic cards back on December 2017, 2 weeks later I was told they were on back order (which I was fine with) after months of calling them multiple times for a status, they canceled my order without notice and the owner told the customer rep to tell me that if I wanted the order fulfill, I had to pay the current price which is almost double now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, This hole in the wall of a business will not follow through with your order and will rip you off!! Please read all the bad reviews on the web.”

I ordered products from there totaling approximately $800. They repeatedly tell me that the items are on backorder and that they may be able to get them in a few weeks.

Yet on their site they still claim to have these products in stock. Don't trust these people it's a scam they will rip you off. I'll be lucky to get my money back. If you think you got lucky cuz you found something in stock there at a decent price, you're wrong, there just tricking you.

These people have repeatedly lied to me.

I'm confident they will continue to lie to me. And I'm sure they're lying to you.

"TERRIBLE company to do business with! I placed an order 4 weeks ago.

They still insist that the order has shipped but cannot provide a tracking number or proof of shipment. After waiting 4 weeks for the order to arrive I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. They said that's not possible until the package gets to me and either refuse it or return it to them. WHAT PACKAGE?!

Who's knows if it will ever even arrive when I ordered it 4 weeks ago. It's been 4 weeks and they still cant even provide a tracking number for it!

CRAZY company. AVOID at all costs!!!!"

Placed an order for a 300$ keyboard and they couldn’t use my credit card for some reason, called they were very helpful and said pay through PayPal so that’s what I did. Thought all was good till I checked tracking and it says they canceled it. No email no call just canceled out of nowhere.

Yep, they're crooks alright. Ordered a new tv, then called when it didn't arrive. They said they cancelled my order (but never bothered to let me know that). Then they said that I'd have to pay double if I still wanted the tv. Best part was that the "manager" was standing behind the rep and telling her what to tell me. When I asked to speak with him directly, he wouldn't talk to me. A crook and a coward. The whole thing is a scam. I will be watching me Visa statement closely as I wouldn't put past them to rob me blind. No honor what so ever.

Worst ecommerce company. Place order May 25, confirmed their manufacturer had product in stock before ordering. They cancelled my order, didn't let me know and didn't refund my money. I had to call to find all this out and demand a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I even gave them suggestions for improvements to their website and while the woman manager in customer service was nice, that didn't solve the issue that guaranteed me from the beginning product was able to be ordered. This has been a very bad, probably the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I'm beyond upset about how this was handled.

Be aware of free shipping

Wanted to place an order that web site indicated was free shipping, but was told that's incorrect. Asked to speak to someone that could assist in working this out and was told no one was available. They're not available to take calls was the verbiage used. No attempt to assist just take it or leave it mentality. We were able to find the similar product locally for $100 less. It's a sad state of affairs when a customer service rep won't even try to work out the issue with the customer. We have many accounts with different vendors and won't be adding these guys to the list.

Possible active duty military descrimination

On 12/23/2015, I placed an order for two Sandisk 64GB memory cards (item # 159****) for $99.88 each. At the time of the order, these items were in-stock and payment was made to my credit card, as confirmed by Customer Representative Nigel Grandy ext. 481. However, the items did not ship. A few days later, the items showed "out-of-stock" and Nigel recommended that I do not cancel my order and instead keep my order in the queue to ensure delivery when the items came available. I followed his advice and kept the charge on my credit card for the past four months. A few weeks ago or longer, the items came back into stock as reflected by their webpage showing 300+ items "in-stock". I awaited delivery notification, but did not receive any. So, I called yesterday and spoke to Nigel Grandy and he said the order would be shipped today. Instead, the billing department canceled my order due to the fact the price of the item had changed from $99 to $129. Nigel Grandy stated the price difference as the only fact and reason for my order cancellation despite my having paid for the items and carried the balance on my credit card for the past four months. My desired outcome is to have the items delivered at the price I paid. I am active duty military and stated my active duty status to Nigel, but this did not effect his decision. I am unsure if he or the billing department discriminated against me for my military service.

Stop with the "discrimination" nonsense. Being in the military has absolutely nothing to do with this.

They took your order and charged you. They received the money you paid but didn't have the product. When it did come in, they messed up and didn't send it to you. Typical fubar situation common in businesses.

They didn't want you to initially cancel the order 4 months or so ago because they wanted the sale. Now, they seem to have cancelled it and you should receive the refund credit on your charge account. Keep watch. If it doesn't show up in a week or so, file a dispute with the card issuer for non receipt of merchandise.

You should still be within the time-frame to dispute this. As an aside, the price of $99 was much too expensive for a 64GB memory card and their new price of $129 is exorbitant. The price on these things has gone down tremendously in the past few month. Check on Amazon and you will be able to get something as good for less money.

Stay away from this company from now on. Semper Fi

They sent me damaged merchandise and then wanted me to pay shipping to return it along with a 15% restocking fee,

They totally screwed me.

4 months later I still have a broken item.

They are no help whatsoever.

If you buy from them after reading this you deserve what you get.

Don't be a fool like I was.

This should be enough information for you to know better but since the form requires 100 words you will have to forgive the rambling on because I need to leave another 50 words.

This is really a bad idea because you waste everybodies time trying to fill in words that are unnecessary. Have a nice day.

Should not sell and charge for an item that is not available

Ordered an item from NextWarehouse online. They sent an Email confirmation that showed that the item was NOT in stock and was back ordered. I called and they had no idea when the item would be in stock...so, I immediately cancelled the order and was given a cancellation number. They did not confirm this cancellation with an email. My card was charge and I never saw a refund. I called them several times for a refund and was told that they would be refunding. Did not happen. I had to contact my bank for a refund through the bank's dispute process. Much time and energy wasted. Not good customer service.

Canceled order without informing me

I place an order and received an invoice via email. After about 10 business days and no sign of my order I finally contacted customer service department after several tries. I was informed that the order was cancelled the next day after I placed the order because the price on the website was wrong. I called them . I emailed them. They never responded. After waiting for this for two weeks I have to purchase it else where. They never informed me of the situation. Stay away from this company.

I ordered an "in stock" MSI 960 Graphics card paying for two day shipping that was finally delivered a week late. Note: they do not send tracking information nor will customer service provide same. In addition, although the hardware I ordered, had a promised manufacturer rebate, the invoice enclosed had someone else's name on the "Bill TO" side, rendering my purchase ineligible for a rebate. Next Warehouse refused to send a corrected invoice. BUY YOUR PRODUCT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Never will do business with them again

Ridiculous customer service. I placed an order, three days later received notice it was backordered, six days later received notice it was available and if I hadn't cancelled it, I would soon receive a tracking number.

A week later still hadn't heard anything, so I went to their website and discovered the item was cancelled. Filled out the online customer contact form to ask why, didn't hear anything. Four days after that, I called them and was told the order was cancelled the day *after* I got the email saying the order was available. Why?

No idea; someone in "the warehouse" cancelled it. So I'm SOL. They said I could feel free to re-order but they wouldn't honor the lower original price (it's gone up by $30). They were completely unwilling to work with me.

I kept asking why, if I didn't cancel the order, did they? Never got any sort of answer other than I should shop at Amazon.

Really - they told me to shop at amazon.com.
